I was part of an internal research initiative by Aleph-Labs that aimed to understand the patient experience in Thai healthcare. The project involved conducting extensive UX research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user journeys of Thai hospitals. Based on our findings,

I worked with the team to develop a comprehensive strategy to enhance the patient experience and provide recommendations for Thai hospitals. The research initiative was a collaborative effort between multiple departments within Aleph-Labs, and I was honored to play a key role in this important work. Our goal was to provide actionable insights to help improve the quality of care for patients in Thailand and make healthcare more accessible and user-friendly.
